Residential Install and Service Tech
What you will do:
- Learn to install residential garage doors and openers.
- Learn to trouble shoot and repair residential garage doors.
- Learn to trouble shoot and repair residential garage door openers.
- Greet and educate customers.
Needed for success:
- Good standing driver’s license.
- Customer Service skills.
- Be Mechanically Inclined.
- General construction knowledge.
- Willingness to learn our trade.
- Able to pass a physical.
Extra Credit:
- Basic understanding of electrical.
- Have installed this type of equipment before.

Commercial Install and Service Tech
What you will do:
- Learn to install commercial garage doors and openers.
- Learn to trouble shoot and repair commercial garage doors.
- Learn to trouble shoot and repair commercial garage door openers.
- Learn to install/repair Commercial Dock Equipment.
- Learn to install/repair Rolling Grilles/Doors/Gates.
- Learn to install/repair Rolling Fire Doors.
- Greet and educate customers.
Needed for success:
- Good standing driver’s license.
- Customer Service skills.
- Be Mechanically Inclined.
- General construction knowledge.
- Willingness to learn our trade.
- Able to pass a physical.
Extra Credit:
- Basic understanding of electrical.
- Welding experience is highly desirable.
- Hi-Lo and Lift Experience.
- Have installed this type of equipment before.

What you will do:
- Talk to customers on the phone and assist them with parts.
- Deal directly with customers that come into the parts counter.
- Assist in unloading trucks and putting stock away.
- Packaging and shipping out parts.
- Assist the installation and service personnel.
- Deliver or pick-up parts and warehouse items when needed.
- Help keep warehouse neat and organized.
Needed for success:
- Wonderful Customer Service skills.
- Quick learner with good retention.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to life up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to use a forklift/hi-lo.
- Have a good standing driver’s license.
- Able to pass a physical.
