190 Series

Overhead Door Corporation's Thermacore® 190 Series doors feature the high quality of our patented Thermacore® metal-foam-metal sandwich construction.

Interior and exterior surfaces of the door are made from hot-dipped galvanized steel, coated with a baked-on primer, then finished with a baked-on coat of polyester top coat paint for maximum protection against rust. The core of foamed-in-place, CFC-free polyurethane insulation provides exceptional energy efficiency (R-Value 12.76). Full width weather seals between door sections, and an EPDM, bulb-type bottom weather seal enhance the door's superior thermal efficiency and provide a barrier against wind and rain infiltration.

Optional Window Placement

Windows may be arranged vertically or horizontally on the models found in the 190 and 490 series. Up to 50% (two rows) of the door can include windows. Windows placed in the bottom section of a door must have DSB 1/8", or tempered, or 1/2" insulated glass.
